Cixi Xinhua Packing Co., Ltd., with the original name of Cixi Henghe Plastics Packing Color Printing Factory, was established in 1996. Since the initial stage of our establishment, we have been adhering to the philosophy of "getting victory by quality, and building ourselves by credit".

Taking advantages of four sets of advanced computer digital color intaglio plate printing machines, two sets of multifunctional high/low pressure blowing membrane units, more than twenty sets of bag-making machines and photo-copy individual chop technology, we provide customers with computer designed and colorfully printed soft packaging plastic bags. Our products are mostly applied to elegant packages in industry, food, medicine and daily-use washing-up.
